Steven came to my house and quickly identified the issue preventing my unit from working properly. He's courteous, and smart with a solid work ethic. Enjoyed working and talking with him. I'll be asking for him to take care of my ac/heating unit.

We are new to the area and just bought an older home outside of Brunswick. We have an older geothermal system as one of the units for the house. I have a good working knowledge of HVAC systems because my brother owns an HVAC company in Atlanta and has schooled me pretty well. However, neither of us are familiar with geothermal units, especially older ones, since they are not popular in North Georgia. When it stopped working I had no idea what was wrong with it. Sorry to say - when I call the A/C Guys office they recognize my name. I was away from home to be part of a hospice team for family and was challenged with both the need for a new unit for a rental property and required emergency service for my home.
Needless to say the timing was less than perfect.
But A/C Guys came to the rescue - everyone from the kind voice to direct my calls - the understanding of the scheduler - the effort to find the right unit for the right price for the condo and the billing department to make the cost manageable was nothing short of extraordinary.
