Kim is amazing! She did my nails at the end of the day and I know she had to be tired but it didn't affect her work at all because my nails look terrific and she was so happy and bubbly. I'd recommend this place to anyone, it's very welcoming and comfortable inside, will definitely be back.

I probably wont go back. Had man pedi. Friendly people. Some of the techs seemed better qualified. Mine was a little rough and thought it was ok to tug, pull and tear toe nails on sides. Dropped tools on floor a few times and kept using them. Im no expert, but i believe thats not cool with most people. Some other customers seemed very happy with their technician. I have to say for me, the luck of the draw wasn't in my favor!

So apparently having an appointment doesn't matter. My appointment for a fill/pedi was at 12; it's now 12:41 and I'm still waiting. It's NYE and apparently they're closed tomorrow so they're squeezing people in as much as possible. Just make sure you have at least two hours blocked out of your schedule when you come here.
