I went to get my nail repaired. I was about to sign in when the lady asked me what I needed. I said politely I needed a nail repaired. She quickly said "we don't do nail repairs." I found that offensive. I kindly said, "this is a nail shop and you don't do repairs?" I don't know if it was due to my race or if she didn't want to have a new client. I just know it was rude of her.

So apparently having an appointment doesn't matter. My appointment for a fill/pedi was at 12; it's now 12:41 and I'm still waiting. It's NYE and apparently they're closed tomorrow so they're squeezing people in as much as possible. Just make sure you have at least two hours blocked out of your schedule when you come here.

Called the day before for 3 appointments and they squeezed us in the following morning. They did a great job on all of our nails. Good prices and nice conversationalists! If we were in town longer we would definitely go back!
