I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you Tiffany for a job well done today! AAA auto sent you guys out to swap out my right front tire with the spare. The spare tire was low an I communicated this to my AAA rep. to ensure the tow company coming to be equipped to ensure my spare tire was aired to the proper safety level. To my surprise Nick the tow driver said he didn't have a air tank. I informed him that was my request that my spare tire be aired up. However, Nick called Tiffany and advised him to get me taken care Thus; Nick did and in a timely manner ! I was stranded on the side of the road and searched for towing near me in a panic. Luckily, I found Maurice's Towing LLC. They arrived in under 20 minutes, which was incredible! I ordered a tow thru direct insurance They don't tell me who's coming I waited an hour for the truck Then I called Direct to get an ETA They put me on hold Came back on and said He'd be to me in 50 minutes I waited 1 hr 15 mins The driver called and said he'd be to me in 30 minutes And he was I told him I waited 3 hours and was told he'd be to me in 50 mins He didn't have anything to say So He got my car where it was going, he did what I asked and txt me when he was done So all contact I had with Maurice's was... read full review
