I have been going to this for many years, Lynda is great yoga instructor, very thorough, explains every pose in great detail and with lots of patience. I love to attend her sessions. Highly recommended!!

Mainstreet yoga is a lovely studio and Linda is a great teacher. She is super cautious and attentive that students are practicing to their capacity and not overdoing it. Also, she is very focussed on any current injuries or problems you have and helps each person like that and adjusts everything to help that person and keeps the class going at a great pace so everyone is getting the most from their time with her and learning.

I have been a yoga student of Lynda Gill's since 2003, starting at her former location in Alpharetta. Lynda is a gifted and amazing Iyengar Certified teacher and we are very fortunate to have someone with her talent in the local Roswell/Alpahretta area. Learning to practice yoga in this manner will deepen your practice, helping the body physically learn alignment and the mind to better focus and concentrate. This yoga studio is a "gem" and people would greatly benefit from studying yoga with Lynda.
