We held an event for mental health providers who promote self care, this was an opportunity to give back to them and Truth in Motion delivered 10/10. We left better than we came, with increased mobility and clarity. The space is warm and inviting providing a safe place to step fully into practice. I will be back to practice on my personal time.“
