My surgical procedure with Dr. Burns was amazing and his team has been wonderful also. From the beginning I have had the best experience with everyone especially Ms. LaWanda and Ms. Jennie M. Everyone’s communication skills have been more than a patient can ask for even during recovery. I had an awesome experience as a patient at Wellstar Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Upper Hembree. First off, I schedule a number of healthcare related appointments for my family. From the moment I called to schedule my appointment, Ashley was very friendly, helpful, and patient oriented.Next, 90% of the required information and forms were available for me to complete and electronically sign on MyChart. A “pet peeve” of mine is being forced to fill out my name and address on multiple paper forms.I found everyone from the front desk team to the X-ray technician to Jennie McCarthy to be very patient focused and friendly.
