There is an employee scamming customers at this locations.

I visit this location for single car washes when visiting my parents in the area. I pay at the kiosk and have my car washed.

At my most recent visit, there was a blondish heavy-set woman standing at the kiosk where I usually pay. I asked her for a single car wash. She lets me know that they are doing a special where you get 2 car washes for the price one one, and I can come back within 30 days of purchase for that second car wash. I agree because I would probably be up in Roswell again. She gives me back my card and a sticker for my window.

I never go for that second car wash, but it just wasn’t convenient, so I cut my losses. I was recently reviewing my bank statements and I have been charged almost $30/month for the last few months.

Idk if this woman had a quota she was trying to fill for memberships, but this was very shady. I already submitted a cancellation, and I will probably not get my money back for the membership I did not agree to, but I will never visit, not only this location, but any Take 5 Car Wash again.

Absolutely ridiculous.

Same as many below - decent enough car wash but put me into an auto-renewing subscription after I explicitly stated I did not want one. Poor business practices - Have lost me as a regular customer.

Susan was top tier, friendly, and amazing. Her attention to details was spot on. There needs to be more Susan’s in the world.

Experienced the same issue as other customers below have mentioned. Used my corporate credit card to get my company car washed. My card is now being charged $24 per month, which has been reported as fraud. I told them when I pulled up to the gate I wanted a one time wash because it was a company car. Why are they driving customers away by doing this? Check your credit card statements everybody!

When this car wash opened and we bought a membership, I was told by the manager who was selling them that our second car would always be free. Specifically, they told me I had unlimited washes for unlimited cars. So ever since then I’ve been taking my second vehicle and I explained that to them every time I go there and they allow us to use it. Today they’ve decided to change their mind and “change the policy“ and they won’t allow the second vehicle for free anymore. So basically they lied to us when we bought the membership because I know they never changed their policy. In fact, the lady that was working there told me that the ownership of the car wash changed “around two months ago“. I don’t believe that either
