The Well of Roswell offers a solid variety of classes and experiences for anyone looking for transformative experiences to improve health and wellness. The staff are very kind and welcoming and the interior is warm and inviting with beautiful rotating art collections by different artists. I've personally attended several of the breathwork sessions offered and have enjoyed the down to earth approachability of the instructor of these classes. The classes have also been attended by a variety of great students, where we've been able to have great discussions and insights following these classes. Would highly recommend anyone interested to check out the Well at Roswell!
