For me, it was lymphatic massage post surgery, and after only 2 visits there is a noticeable improvement in the appearance and texture of my scar tissue, and the swelling of my abdomen has also markedly gone down. I also love that she taught me how to continue my after care/self care at home too! I am so thankful and appreciate her so much!
