My Lennox thermostat went bad and Temperature Pro (Jamie) came out very quickly and resolved all of my issues. I will definitely call them again with any HVAC issues.

Needed a/c repair and had grown dissatisfied with the company I had used for years. I found numerous recommendations for Temperture pro on next door, gave them a call and set an early morning appointment that would allow sufficient repair time and still be able fir me to get to work on time. I became concerned when the time was adjusted to a little later and doubted all this would work out. The service tech arrived an hour 1/2 early and in 40 minutes the job was complete. I really appreciate Matt for working this out and it became an incredibly positive experience that I have already been sharing with friends and co-workers. Cannot recommend this company highly enough for working with and taking care of their customer.

We have used TemperaturePro for annual service for a few years and found ourselves finally needing to replace our two AC units. Matt and the team were incredible! They worked with us to get the best equipment to accomplish what we wanted and installed it quickly. They even fixed a 40 year issue of the room over the garage always being hot in the process. They were respectful of our home and completely cleaned up any mess. We would highly recommend them for everything from service to a new system/install!

I have worked with TemperaturePro at our old house (2 doors up) and our new house. They replaced an HVAC at our old place and did an excellent job with install. I also had Jamie do all of our servicing.
Then, when we just moved 2 weeks ago, I had them back out to service all 3 units and take a look at replacing the one original HVAC for the basement level. The quote was very reasonable given the space, and Matt even signed it up for the warranty before the job was even completed.
There is a definite reason why they get a lot of 5 star reviews. I never have to bother looking elsewhere and I do actually refer our friends in our neighborhood there way. Quality service at fair price? Can't beat that.

Can't say enough how wonderful TemperaturePro was at fixing my AC. I saw other reviews stating they were prompt, professional, and reasonably priced...and it's all true! The tech, Jamie, came exactly in the window of time they said they'd be here, found the issue in 5 minutes, and fixed it at a competitive price. Jamie was a great technician, super friendly too.They're by far the best. I'll continue to use them for all my AC and heating needs.

I think this is my 3 rd time using Temperature Pro-NA and will continue to! The service is great! Had an original appointment for Thursday morning, but the tech got I'll the day before so I received a call to see if I could reschedule. I really needed the service done before leaving town and the manager managed to move things around to accommodate my schedule! One of our units needed a motor and just regular maintenance and cleaning which Rob did an excellent job! Thanks so much!!!
