Went to talk to one of the barbers about getting a hair cut and the man struck me as unprofessional; I would characterize his customer service as curt. He seemed annoyed I was asking questions about the price and service they offered.
Unprofessional. That’s simply the best description for the barber DT Thompson. How can you make an appointment twice and not show up for over an hour both times. He didn’t even apologize. That’s just disrespectful.
I just went here yesterday to get a blow out and style.There was only 1 stylist. I have been getting my hair blowed out for years by different people in all seasons; even in humid weather. I have natural 4c hair. NEVER has my hair frizzed up hours later. After the stylist blew my hair out with a blow dryer I noticed that my hair was stiff compared to when other stylists blow out my hair. There was no movement in my hair at all and when other professional stylists blow out my hair there’s movement....but I thought you know what let me give her a chance.....maybe when she flat irons my hair it will be fine. She flat ironed my hair and it was still stiff. No body or movement.... read full review
