Not transparent, had a change in treatment plan that changed my price without anyone talking to me about it. Questioned it and only explanation was that it was a different dentist, different expertise or knowledge. Dentist did not bother in coming to explain why, to show X-rays, etc. It was just simply. This is it or you can’t be treated. My first visit for a cleaning, they couldn’t locate the hygienist and had to reschedule for a later date.

My experience with this provider has been extremely frustrating. I had a filling done by a dentist from another office, and it was completed in under 10 minutes. Within a couple weeks, I was in severe pain and returned, only to be told the filling was done incorrectly and that key steps like proper cleaning and disinfecting were skipped. I was also told the procedure typically takes about an hour.
It then took two weeks for corporate to approve having the filling redone, followed by another two weeks just to schedule the correction - despite the pain I’ve endured for over a month that was caused by this improper work. While I appreciate them agreeing to redo the work at no charge, the scheduling has been unacceptable.
The primary dentist and hygienist are great, but the handling of this situation has been very disappointing.
