I had highlights done today at Paul Mitchell School and had a wonderful experience. Ms. Kazumi, the instructor, was very friendly, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process. She took the time to make sure her student, Naguana, fully understood what I wanted before beginning. Throughout the appointment, Ms. Kazumi frequently checked on Naquan’s work, ensuring each step was performed correctly while also praising her for the things she did well. It was clear that she is an excellent teacher who genuinely cares about her students’ success.

Mrs. Smith is truly an amazing teacher. I honestly don’t know what I would do without her. She explains everything so clearly and fluently, making it easy to understand even the most challenging topics.
