After seeing multiple physicians who were unable to diagnose or effectively treat my debilitating condition, I was left feeling frustrated and discouraged. The only solution offered was prescription medication (which did not help) to mask my symptoms, but it never addressed the underlying problem.

The entire team at Longevity (the owner- Dr. Alice, all of their practitioners with a special shout out to Mariela and Elaine, DR. Lee my acupuncturist) took a completely different approach. They “peeled back the onion” to uncover the root cause of what I had been experiencing. From my very first visit, everyone (inclusive of the office staff and the nutrition store) has been caring, professional, and genuinely invested in helping me regain my health. One of the things I appreciate most is that when you call, you actually speak to caring people—not a machine.

Today, I feel amazing. I have tons of energy, my symptoms are gone, and I truly believe my body is healthier than it has been in years. I am incredibly grateful to the entire team at Longevity for helping me get my life back.

“This office is great. Everyone was nice, helpful and welcoming. Dr Lyday has a patient -centered approach. My gastroenterologist retired and I have been to two other gastroenterologists who said I aged out of follow up colonoscopy even though there was good reason for follow up. Dr L regards the health of the patient and not age. He is smart, approachable, great listener, and very easy to talk to. He heard my story; explained my medical issues and action plan with clarity on my level of understanding. I highly recommend him. BTW. The exam rooms have comfy chairs and spa music with the sounds of trickling water. Very nice environment.“

I have been coming to see them for years and they have watched my little boys grow up and always welcome them in the office so I could get adjusted!
