I had an issue with my gaming pc that was broken for years, I took it to many stores and none could fix it. However this store knew the exact problem right away and did a great job fixing it for a good price.
Jeffrey, the owner, was perhaps the most knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. The individual has met in a long time who not only is on top of his technical acumen, also excellent. a human being who went out of his way to explain what was wrong with my laptop, what needs to be done in the coming two years, and what work he did for his fees. He was a breath of fresh f fresh air, considers others in similar professions who would have made me think f it was worth going through with repair work for an old laptop!
