I bought a brand-new Lennar home and reported a lawn defect early on during my active warranty period. What happened next is something every potential Lennar buyer needs to know. Every time a rep came out, I got a different theory. “The house is still settling.” “Give it time.” No written report. No fix. No follow-up. Just words to send me away. This went on repeatedly.
