Highly recommend Key Guys for remote key repair. Jake was prompt. Got my Honda Pilot key fobs working again within 20 minutes. I needed my key fob casing replaced and new batteries in both fobs. I saved about $200 by using Key Guys instead of the dealership AND I didn't have to leave my driveway.
Jake is phenomenal. He diagnosed the issue quoted me and provided a tremendous service. His pricing for an ignition Cylinder Lock replacement is more than reasonable. He is was honest, straight forward and extremely professional. He was fast and prompt. Before you do yourself a disservice, call the Key Guys!
Called Key Guys Roswell and Jake (locksmith) immediately answered. He quickly gave me a reasonable price quote, and communications were straightforward for coordinating his visit. He completed the key fob programming job successfully in about 10-15 minutes. It was a great experience. Prior to calling Key Guys, I had poor experiences calling other locksmith companies because calls were routed to a centralized answering service, it was difficult to get price quotes, and communications were confusing. I highly recommend Key Guys Roswell.
