Was referred to Marcus from Urban League Atlanta. Prepaid for tax services, 1500 dollars to be exact.Decided to go with another tax preparer. Called for my refund was told I would receive a check in the mail no less than 3 weeks. This happened in June. It is now September 15th I’ve called, texted and emailed. I’ve received correspondence about services but crickets about my refund. This is very frustrating to say the least. I just want my money back.

I contracted with Mr Dorsey last December to handle a matter with the IRS. Paid him in full. Haven’t heard from him since. I’ve called and left voicemails. I’ve spoken to his assistant who always says he’s in a meeting, even at 9 am or 5 pm. He’s always busy. I’ve emailed with no response.

Terrible. Does not respond to you. Takes your money and then never does your taxes. We have been calling this guy for a month and he still won't respond to us. He had no issue taking our money but we still have no completed taxes. If you are trying to get your taxes done, do not use Mr. Dorsey. He is unprofessional, Inefficient, unresponsive, and always has an up excuse as to why he cannot complete your taxes. STAY AWAY!
