Everything was perfect except when a woman in the waiting area sitting directly in front of the “please step outside the waiting area to take or make telephone calls sign proceeded to engaged in a very loud 4 minute conversation telephone conversation. Very annoying. I think the Demercy reception area staff need to be more attentive and spend less time engaging each other. They were so jovial engaging each other that another patron when called back for service joked with the hygienist about how everyone was so upbeat & jovial. This happened around 2:20 on 8/13. My cleaning experience with Amber and the exam with Dr Kossick was outstanding as always. Highly recommend... read full review

Best dental experience of my life! Dr Kossick is so kind and professional and thorough. Everyone in the office was very kind and efficient. Definitely recommend,especially if you are nervous about dental work!
