The most expensive price I’ve ever paid for SNS nails w/ french tip and a polish change in my life. First of all, Kiki charged me $10 extra for “take off” when I came in with bare hands — no residue of any polish on my nails beforehand as I haven’t gotten my nails done since January. Then, Meiling kept telling me that I needed a pedicure because my toes were so dry and I stated more than once that I didn’t have the time to after it took 1 hour+ to finish my nails. She then said she was going to cut them and file for me anyways (which has always come with a polish change based on places I’ve been better…) but then charged me $8 extra for the ‘clean up’. I immediately told her if I knew she was charging me I would have just gotten a pedicure at that point because I paid just $2 under it for just a polish change and some filing!!! Every time I had a question about an extra charge I saw on the receipt, Meiling had an excuse for it and although I work hard for my money, it wasn’t worth going back and forth for me in the end. I still tipped both of them 20%, but this was my first time here and unfortunately the last. I came because of the good reviews, just hate that I had to leave a bad one.

I’ve been going to Clear Nails since it opened and always receive the best service! It is a wonderful place for a manicure and pedicure - very clean and incredibly friendly staff. I always feel welcome and they always find a way to fit me in, even if I do not have an appointment. I highly recommend Clear.
