Rip off! I requested a lob with shadow roots and dark underneath at the neckline. I wanted an extreme difference between the light and dark. I got an old lady cut, don't know what to call it, and it was all one color. I asked the assistant if she could tell a difference and she said yes. Not true. There was NO light and dark. My friends confirmed it was all one color. When I questioned it, she hurried me out without even styling my hair, and pulled in the next client. I was charged over $300!!!! The discount for new clients somehow did not apply. They operate in a tiny space, and working on two clients at the same time made me uncomfortable considering COVID restrictions... read full review
