Went to see Dr. Frederick for bio hormones and was very pleased with his bed-side manner and explanation of hormones for women.

Worst experience I could imagine. Our midwife was not available for our birth so we had replacements who were not good. And it was a holiday weekend and when things didn't progress perfectly the doctor pushed us to do a Caesarian so she could leave for the weekend. Totally disregarding our birth plan and several nurses in the delivery ward said they would not help her to push to do something we didn't want to. My wife ended up with a serious infection from the procedure and the doctor from the clinic never even came to check on us. All that said we paid our deductible up front and now have a credit on that account and we can't get anyone from the clinic... read full review

Rude and unhelpful staff. Was told when I called to book a annual exam that my patient records from my previous practice would have to be forwarded, reviewed, and approved before being allowed to book an appointment. In the 20 years (and four pregnancies) I've been going to OB/GYN offices I have never been required to submit for "approval" before being allowed to book an appointment. Booked an appointment with Intown Midwifery instead. This is one of those cases where going to a quality respected office is worth the drive into town. You couldn't pay me to visit Alpharetta Women's Specialists.
