Currently having the most unprofessional experience with this company. The lack of empathy is absolutely astounding. Medication that was supposed to be delivered two days ago… the physician hasn’t even signed off on it. The lack of communication is absolutely baffling. Wendy, the director, has continued to give the run around after multiple phone calls, staff have even told us she is not in office (in order to avoid speaking to us on the phone) after we have spoken to her multiple times today. This is NOT how a family should be treated during such an emotional, and vulnerable time. And the patient should NEVER be at risk to run out of the medication that is allowing them to stay comfortable and at peace as they leave this earth.
Do NOT use this company.

Accentcare providers are not qualified to care for anyone, there were three aids who came out on three different days. After the first visit, it was down hill, they were to be on my moms schedule, but they just showed up whenever, they just sat there watching tv with us, they were instructed what to do but acted like they had no clue of what was going on. On the initial briefing the words they used was “ Try or services for two weeks”, you can cancel at anytime, and will not be charged, that was a lie. They did charge, three days!! They are a joke……never refer them to anyone

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I would give zero stars if possible. The most horrific experience with this company. My mother passed away with no one coming to help us for over 48 hours. The director, Helene, would not take our calls or return our calls when we were begging for liquid morphine. We were not provided the end of life medications that we were promised. What should have been a time of comfort for her, it turned into a very traumatic situation for our family. SHAMEFUL!!

This was the worst experience I have ever had with home health care.1. No respect for the patient.2. Failure to deliver what they said they would3. No communication to the patient4. They should not be in business5. No medical facility should refer to Guardian

As a former employee (visiting nurse)this place is unorganized with poor leadership. There are people in high positions that know nothing about homecare. The executive director only cares about money. They are willing to send out nurses who are incompetent just to get a buck instead of caring about the lives of the clients ensuring the best patient care possible. And as far as scheduling....I would be scheduled to patients the day of with no advance notice. I voiced that not being fair to me or the patient. I had many of my patients complain about this. I brought it to the attention of management and in return I got reprimanded. If you can.....go elsewhere for nursing services. I can't say anything about negative about the therapy (PT, OT, Speech)services as they are amazing!

Rarely show up at the time scheduled. Shockingly rude, arrogant office staff. I called the office with a problem, and not only did the "manager" refuse to listen, but abruptly hung up on me, even though I was not discouteous. Can you imagine letting them care for your elderly parents when they aren't interested in your concerns? Guardian has got to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. How they stay in business is a miracle. Horrible! Horrible!

Horrifyingly awful (the night nurse came in street clothes, ran away screaming and slammed the door on an 8lb dog and nearly knocked out my grandmother, and then fell asleep And didn'tget up to help my grandmother !!!) and to make it worse, they won't release my grandmother as a listed patient, which means medicare won't cover the other therapy she needs. Attempts to call lead to endless cycles of muzak and full voicemail.

If I could give this group a zero, I would. We have been trying to get them to deliver ordered services for a month!! They do not communicate with patient, family or each other. They tell us someone will show up and they don't. They have no clue what they are doing. The hospital set up this group for us and they are horrible!!! Avoid them if possible.
