To start with he doesn't have a Roofing company it just a man and who ever he can get to work at the time. He may be there but not when he tell you he will so be careful you have to buy the material up front and then he got you tie into to him. I had a metal roof install to short on one side had to get someone to fix it for me I call Daniel he said he would come by but not seen him yet so be aware pay a little more and get a real roofing company.Service: Roof repair

This guy if a FU%#king Thief. He took $2300 from my family 9 months ago and still hasn't installed my roof. It was lie after lie why he wasn't here until there was no contact at all. I'm now taking him to small claims court.

I payed him in full on march 4th, 2022. It’s now October 5th. My roof hasn’t been done. First he said his mom died. Then he said his house burned down. Then he said he’d be here by September 1st. Now he just won’t answer calls or texts. Find someone else to do the job. This guy will take your cash & ghost you.Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

The Owner subbed out our roofing job and never supervised. The Atlas Summit 60 underlayment was rolled out perpendicular and diagonally to the eave, and installed no drip edge. This goes against manufacturer specs and ARMA guidelines. Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association sets the industry standard to which all qualified roofers follow. The city inspector, supply house, and manufacturer of the product all agree this is incorrect installation of underlayment.This crew even laid new roof over a metal patch in the decking. He never completed the job, was paid in full and will not return the money for the unfinished portion. He was also hired to remove the aluminum/vinyl siding. Another job that he was paid in full for and never completed. This was our fault for trusting this company.When confronted he defended himself by insulting my wife, never taking ownership of his employees mistakes. I have pictures, and text messages to collaborate my review. I regret meeting this man. This company should be avoided.zoom in on the pictures the proof is all there.* Mr. Waller's response is fabricated false statements, he is dishonest and owes us money.* Update , we took him to court and won our case. We now have a judgement against this man and his company for ripping us off. Next is collection and garnishment. Do not use this company he is dishonest.

We were cautious to try out a private company to work on our home but it turns out Mr Waller and his son make a great team and did a fantastic job installing our skylight, they even fixed a leak for free that we didnt even know was there. Thank you Daniel and Taylor!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND,Waller and Sons did not honor their 100% money back guarantee. We ended up in court and won the case to get a refund from this company.Waller and Sons Roofing. When we hired them to roof our home, they subcontract out their work, did not follow building and roofing codes and roofed the home improperly thus voiding the manufacturer warranty. We had to hire another company to complete redo the job.

We had to use mr waller since wr had the same last name. I have hired 3 diffrent roofing companies to fix my leaks and they couldnt figure it out.Mr waller came out and fixed them first try and we didnt have to pay untill the first rain. They were not in a hurry and took the time to solve our leaks at an affordable cost. Thank you Daniel
