Tapp Air Conditioning & Heating Co. is an awesome company. The best, used on several properties, honest and very accurate. They are very trustworthy and will fix the problem. David has fixed the ac unit twice, and the second time came by while the customer was away and had the air fixed and running again. David and his mom are both very friendly and nice. He has worked on the unit for the past 15 years and also replaced the thermostat. The family has used Tapp since around 2008. David has always been professional, easy to speak to, and relatively quick to answer the service call. Customer service from Tapp Air is excellent.
David has fixed my ac unit twice now. The 2nd time I was out of town on vacation and he came by while I was away and had my air fixed and running again. Very trust worthy and will fix the problem for you.
My family has used Tapp since around 2008. David Tapp has always been professional, easy to speak to, and relatively quick to answer the service call. He gets the job done. It was easy to make an appointment through Jan Tapp. She gave me pointers to help keep the house comfortable until the service call. The day after I made the appointment, Jan had even checked on my household to see if things are okay, and also called to tell me she was sorry David couldn't make it but she wanted to check my availability the next day. It's a small business and the South is having record high temps so I didn't expect a same day service.
