Very unprofessional. They made me feel like they were doing me a favor even though I was spending my hard earned money. The owners bedside manner suck. I went twice. The first time it took like 7 hours. Second time did a retouch it took about 6 hours. I felt like I was treated like a stepchild. Everybody else's hair was getting done before mine and I was there first. And I felt like they were talking about me. I need to go to people who speak my language. Again I felt like my business wasn't appreciated. Will not be going back. Should not have went back a 2nd time

I'll say all the woman at this shop knows how to braid, but Raky don't do the braids as you request, she does them the way she wants, and will get upset with you if you tell her they aren't the way you wanted. So if you want something detailed don't go to Raky.

I was only able to keep my braids for around two weeks and they looked as if I had them for three months and started coming out as well. I would say if you do go there don't have Raky her self do them unless you get micros or some feedins, but never box braids. Go to the other girl that does braids inside of the shop.
