Great experience! My heat wasn't working during this very cold week. I called and they came out the same day, found the problem quick, and able to come back the next day to fix it. Very nice people.

I have had two HVAC units replaced by Janice Madaris Heat & Air. They have been stellar in their customer service and pricing. They show that the customer comes first. I was so happy with the installers, Chris C. & Chris B. They worked in very uncomfortable and dangerous conditions (given the heat) and made sure my family was taken care of in a timely manner. Provide water and be understanding. Great people that work very hard to make sure people are happy at a very fair price. I cannot recommend Madaris Heat & Air enough.

I live in a rental house and this company is who services this rental. I have lived her here for 3+ years. My house was always cold at 67° almost year round (I'm a penguin) in the heat of the day, when I've cooked full meals and even done laundry at the same time. And I've never had a problem until my old unit started going out about a year ago. Multiple times of coming out and servicing my old unit. They informed the owner the only thing left to do is replace the unit. Its a split unit. Well after being replaced completely brand new inside and out. Within 12 hours in completely went out. Waited 2 days for them to come back out. Said it was fixed. And now It gets up to 80° degrees inside the house every single day. When i asked why and had the technician come back out?! He said it's because of the heat of the day. It's because you cook. It's because you do laundry. The days have always had a heat of the day time. I have always cooked. And i have always done laundry. It makes no sense. Nothing has changed in this house except for the brand new unit being installed. I guess I'm supposed to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner outside on the grill. And go to the laundry mat for our laundry. then the reason is because of the open floorplan. Like i said nothing has changed in this house. Its still the same floorplan as when we moved in. I don't understand why we have to tolerate the heat inside our house when a brand new unit was installed. It doesn't even work as good as the older unit when it was going out. Enen at night it doesn't get cold, it only gets cooler. The air doesn't even blow out cold just cool feeling. Yet they checked every thing and said everything is in working order. Please make it make sense.

Very upfront and honest people, technicians are very thorough and can explain any questions you have about your unit, with very competitive pricing! Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC needs.

The guys that came out were very thorough and prompt. They found the problem quickly and were able to fix it pretty easily. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order and running properly.The two guys that came out were also very professional and friendly. I had a weird schedule and they were able to work with me.Will most definitely hire again!
