The office staff was very helpful in selecting the right HVAC system (Rheem RA19AY) for a home, resulting in significantly dropped energy cooling costs. Keith Heating and Air did a great job putting a new unit in. They came right out and gave an estimate, and when customers decided to go with them, they got the job done in a timely manner. They showed up on time and kept the work place neat. They found an issue where an HVAC man had pieced two different sized duct work pieces together. When they finished and customers felt cold air 3 ft up from the vent, they were so happy. They had forgot how real air was supposed to work! They had one small issue and they came out immediately and corrected it. They are also on the list to get HVAC through the power company on low interest rate financing. Customers are so happy to have good working air after years of sweltering, because an incompetent individual put it in quickly, and incorrectly. It is a lesson learned to use a professional company who has been around a long time and will do the job right! Jason troubleshooted an issue quickly and was very courteous.
