This was an experience we won't forget, our brother looked so good when we walked in and saw him I was really surprised at what a great job they did getting him ready. These gentlemen did not make us feel rushed and when we joked with them they joked back which helped us get through my brothers funeral the way he would have wanted instead of crying and being sad. There are so many funeral homes that are all work and Rush through everything and you don't want to remember that experience, but here at Chattanooga East we got to know and see these gentlemen as more then just employees and/or staff which made all the difference in the world. “Staff is nice and helpful! They were patient and walked my family through everything we needed after my Daddy passed! Also were quick to help when I couldn't get the flower vase out of the headstone! My only issue is my Daddy's headstone is always covered in pine needles and I have to sweep it off to find it (he is right beside the trees so they can't really help it, but it's still frustrating) Other than that its beautiful there and so peaceful!“
