I would 200% recommend Chattanooga East funeral home to everyone. We have never felt so welcomed and comfortable in a place as we did here. The staff was amazing and everything was perfect. This was an experience we won't forget, our brother looked so good when we walked in and saw him I was really surprised at what a great job they did getting him ready. These gentlemen did not make us feel rushed and when we joked with them they joked back which helped us get through my brothers funeral the way he would have wanted instead of crying and being sad. I was expecting a neighbor and a close friend at a graveside service in a private family cemetery. and when my office of 30 showed up, they were ready with chairs and. Water for all of the guests who had arrived Unexpectedly! Everyone felt welcomed by our funeral director who. By the way, I called him George for 2 days and his real name was Hank. He never said a word he just answered and knew that I was distraught. The funeral home was professional and kind. And never let me down on things that were needed.. They provided me with a list the guide me on essential things to remind me of what to do and what to bring. I appreciate everything they did to help me.
