We visited your store today and were blown away by the amazing customer service we received from Johnny Rodriguez. Several rooms were recently flooded in our home,and we decided to stop in the store based on the wonderful prices we’d seen advertised and superb reviews. Mr. Rodriguez answered all of our questions about your waterproof flooring and your big selection of beautiful rugs. He then allowed us time to look around and make our decision. We were very happy with Direct Flooring Outlet. The lady in the showroom took time with us to ensure we were making the correct selection. Jonathan Rodriguez made sure all of our questions were answered and our installation was quickly scheduled. The installation men did a great job.

We cannot put into words how happy we are with this company. From the first day we meet till the last day of competition. Mr Jordan Parker is the best in the business with his personal service . Savannah was very helpful when picking out just the right flooring for us . She made the process so easy we felt right at home. The installers were so polite worked diligently to complete the job and left no trace of even being there. I’m telling you if you want great flooring this is definitely the place to go!
