We live in Greenville, SC. We have used West End many, many times to deliver to family in Rome, GA! They are beyond excellent. They have always gone above ahd beyond to answer my detailed questions with patience.
Recently I was walking from the CVS to Harbin Clinic and fell into traffic trying to cross the street next thing I knew a young lady named Hope pulled your delivery van into the road behind me got out opened the passenger door and asked me if I needed help I'm 59 and couldn't get back to my feet. She picked up the few bags of food I had and put them in the van then came back helped me to my feet and helped me into the van and brought me back home. Thank you for your employee having the courage and compassion she showed to me.
