I went here on a hunt for the perfect scent! I'm in my glow up era and I've never delved into perfume before. I had some products from Walmart that smelled so nice but didn't last. I tried googling but the product I was recommended smelled way off and was super strong.

I knew it was time to face my fears and go to Ulta. The store was large and it was difficult locating parfumes. However as I was awkwardly browsing, a store associate asked me if I needed help. I explained to her my situation and she was so courteous, patient, and kind! She lead me around the store with her expertise in parfumes and helped me smell and find ones within my budget. Was shocked when I saw all the bad reviews. :( staff are always very friendly! I’m here almost everyday because I currently work in the area. Also, just got my hair done here, and wanted to touch up a few spots and she did it for no cost! :)) very sweet ladies here!

So idk her name but the person who has checked out my items the last few times with the macabre tattoos and rings — she is AMAZING. So helpful and understanding. Always super patient and funny too!
