Tom handled a list of jobs I needed completed at a house I recently purchased as a rental property. The list included a variety of tasks such as lighting issues, hanging a new chandelier, installing new outdoor lights, painting some inside trim, repairing gate and cabinet hardware, and other things I wanted fixed before new tenants moved in that weekend. He completed everything in just over a day with quality results.
