Outstanding service with extreme professionalism! I recently had to have my vehicle towed to the dealer. Robert arrived quickly and was very professional and super knowledgeable. He explained the whole process and answered every question I had. He was very careful with the vehicle as he put it on the flatbed. Thank you for the great experience! Highly recommended!
They were very friendly and courteous. The Guy driving the tow truck knew exactly what was wrong with my car. So, I was at ease and very pleased with the Service. He allowed me to ride with him to the Auto repair Shop and, I was also greatful about that. The Towing service came early then, the pickup was scheduled which was nice. TY kindly. Gary Sunday
AAA arranged the tow, but had incorrect membership information. Driver was patient and courteous while the issue was resolved. Driver 5 stars, AAA ,ZERO! Waited 2 days for service, the AAA brand has very low ratings for response time and follow up.Dispatch/ Admim individual could benefit from training in conflict resolution.
