I have been seeing Dr. Hotz for a long time so it's been overdue for me to do this a long time ago. He stands out among the others Drs in the past & the best. He actually really cares, very attentive and looks out for your health. I had to get used to a Dr. that would personally call you about your lab work and discuss it but, that was a good change! I felt really bad recently & tried to get in to see him. He wasn't available but, Jennifer Ackley FNP was available there that day. I was so very impressed with her care too, caring, attentive & helpful. Her staff that worked with me went out of there way to help me too! Since 2017 both my husband and I have trusted Our medical care to Atrium Health Floyd Internal Medicine; The staff is professional and friendly, Dr Hotz is the an outstanding physician we consider a friend an member of our family, we trust him completely.
