Very little waiting time . Staff @ front desk made me feel welcome . Dr Brown Bolds was an absolute breath of fresh air ! Thorough , personable, knowledgeable & very easy to interact with . She listened ! So important . Check in session from my nurse , again . A positive experience . Lab tech encounter, another smiling face welcoming me . Great technique with draw . Atrium Health’s Dr Brown-Bolds is one of the best primary doctors I have ever seen! I’m 81 years old and I’ve seen quite a few. Knowledgeable, thorough, a good listener, professional and very kind.
Dr. George P. Hotz is a great physician and he has a superb team of nurses and staff backing him up. My experiences there have been very positive. When my wife and I moved to Rome from Athens a year and a half ago, we were very concerned about finding a good primary care doctor here, but we could not have been more fortunate than to become patients of Dr. Hotz.
