Had them install our back patio sliding doors through Lowes. They never came out to look at the job to see what it would take to do the job. During the process of taking out the old doors, they broke our tile floor. After going back and forth with Mark he said. I feel like we shouldn’t have to replace your floor. My guys didn’t mean to break your floor. So you will have to take it up with Lowe’s. Worst company I have ever seen that want work with the customer. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I contacted Mark to install a wheelchair ramp for an elderly lady. The work was done promptly and economically, even though he admitted being swamped with other jobs. A huge worry of hers has been relieved. A BIG shoutout to Mark and James for a job well done.
