I needed help bonding someone out of jail, and reception was really helpful when it came to teaching me about the process. We arranged to meet our Bond Agent, Miss Teresa, at the jail around 11am and she even arrived a few minutes early. Teresa made the process very simple for us. I initiated contact with Bond, James Bond from out of state. They helped fill out the paperwork and processed all in a timely and efficient manner. Of the several people I spoke with, all were friendly, professional, and helpful, even those not directly working our case. They are a class act.
