I appreciate the dedication of the staff to caring, and getting patients the help they need. I have been home a few days and I got the help I needed for my PTSD, BIPOLAR, ANXIETY SOCIAL ANXIETY, DEPRESSION, AND they even discovered I am a diabetic. Id say 95% of the staff are absolute Angels and are there because they actually care. I have been in and out of dr's for years trying to get help with no Luck untill I came to this place. Thankyou you guys for changing my life and getting me the help I needed. Ive never been able to think as clear, or get the mental help I needed untill now.
The day staff was incredible!!! They made me feel as though I could ask any questions I was having, whether it was about my stay or my mental health. I wish I could remember all their names, but Aaron, Jon and Roy were amazing. The therapists Anna and Patty were also very caring and provided a lot of information. However, the night staff didn’t seem to care for us as patients at ALL. I also had to see a med dr while there due to ongoing health issues, and was still not given every med I needed for my kidney disease/ transplant.
