This was my wife and my second visit to this store. We were happy to be able to have the same helpful, professional & personable representative both times. His name was Jolly who was at the Rome, GA location. It is much farther away than our hometown location in Cartersville, but we made the drive to go there when we had our next need for vision care & will continue to do so for such good customer care (which is a rarity in today’s standards.)
I have take myself and my kids to this location for over 3 years now and have always been pleased with my experience . The front store staff is always professional, cheerful & efficient. The optometrist is incredibly knowledgeable, relatable & punctual. I can see why he has won several ‘Best Of’ awards. We will be back!
I had picked glasses after an eye exam where I had to have my eyes dilated to check my retinas because of an issue I had in both eyes. I really goofed that day and picked 2 frames that when they came in, I hated them. This was my fault not America's Best. The associate Liz helped me order 2 new frames on May 27th to replace the ones I didn't like. Liz was so very helpful and kind.
