I had picked glasses after an eye exam where I had to have my eyes dilated to check my retinas because of an issue I had in both eyes. I really goofed that day and picked 2 frames that when they came in, I hated them. This was my fault not America's Best. The associate Liz helped me order 2 new frames on May 27th to replace the ones I didn't like. Liz was so very helpful and kind.
It was super quick and most staff was nice. The doctor talked to you like a person (not just a pay check). But the lady that rang we out didn’t ask if I wanted coating, or anything for scratching or anything. All she asked was of I wanted the protection plan and that was it.
Update a manager called and helped me get want I needed and he was wonderful:) thank y’all so much
