She was very helpful in telling me what my MRI and exrays was saying how my back is bad and she could do some surgery on it to give me relief of pain on my back. And she had a cancelation in 2 weeks and I took it. She's a very sweet doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Lea Whitaker for almost a year, and from my very first appointment my experience has been nothing short of excellent. Her bedside manner, professionalism, and genuine care are outstanding. She always takes one-on-one time to thoroughly discuss every aspect of symptoms, treatment options, and to patiently answer all questions.
I underwent an ACDF in July 2025, and from the day of surgery through recovery and up to today, everything could not have gone better. I am finally back to a normal, everyday lifestyle with no limited mobility. Even the surgical scar is phenomenal—it’s barely visible.
Dr. W-L is wonderful, she takes time to review images and explain everything. However, it is rude not to introduce students, scribes, or others who accompany a physician into a patient room.
