They have cleaned 2 of my rugs. 1 of my rugs has been cleaned by them 2 times now because of my cat who was sick. The gentleman that come and pickup and deliver are very friendly and professional. I highly recommend them anytime.
We just had one of our area rugs cleaned by Advanced Cleaning Systems. They picked our rug up last week and delivered it today...cleaned, deodorized and laid back in it's place. I highly recommend them! Courteous staff, efficient service and reasonably priced.
Chad quoted me a fair price and explained what to expect. Ethan, the tech, notified me of his impending arrival, arrived promptly, was pleasant, knowledgeable and hardworking. He placed a temporary barrier in the doorway to keep the cold air out. He placed rubber runners on my non-carpet floors to prevent damage. I am absolutely pleased with the quality of the carpet cleaning that Advanced Cleaning systems did. I highly recommend them .
