Village Medical - Riverdale

My first visit was awesome. I’ve been looking for a personable PCP that listens and gives sound advisement and she does just that.. very attentive and personable. All of the staff from the front desk at check in, the going lady that did my vitals, the doctor and the lady that drew my blood provides awesome customer service tho they were busy. I give them all a five star in my book. I’ve found my people. 10 /10 highly recommend!!

My experience with Village medical is amazing. Dr. Travis is unbeatable. She is amazing...always willing to take the time to listen, and give you honest advice. The office is always clean. Staff is respectful. I highly recommend anyone looking for a great personable hands on doctor to look no further, call Dr. Nakato Travis.

Waited over an hour past my appointment time to see the doctor. Staff was very friendly and very efficient, and once the doctor did come in to see me, she didn't rush through the appointment. Overall a good experience, the office just needs some improvement on time management.
