Absolutely love this facility. They don’t leave you lingering in the lobby waiting to be seen; your appointment is your appointment. Dr. Austin is so professional and explains the results of your exam in layman’s terms. Front desk staff, especially Jennifer, are always very friendly and helpful! - Henry Reeves
Ms Kristy treated my daughters and I with so much care and went over and beyond in helping us with repairing two pairs of glasses!!! She was so amazing that I had to give her a hug!!! As they say, “Genuine kindness is hard to find,” however, Ms Kristy turned this statement a myth!!! I definitely recommend this facility to others?

I did like the office until they implemented an unnecessary charge of $39.99 for a photo of your eye front and back, they are calling it a new thing, I call this taking advantage of customers. Patients have insurance and should not be charged extra for something that was already being done. Thanks but no
