Dr. Akstein is The Greatest Ophthalmologist in the Metro Atlanta area!!! He truly cares for his numerous diverse patients. I had cataract surgery a week ago and I Thank God for Dr.Akstein. He’s a master in his profession and I am grateful to know him and his diligence to help everyone. He shared with me that a lot of doctors will not accept the patients he services. He said he doesn’t do it for the money, but he’s abundantly blessed. I pray God impresses upon the heart of another like minded ophthalmologist to help him, because he has so many patients. Reviews don’t reflect how good this doctor is .I was very impressed with how fast they got me in and on each visit how the doctor listened to my concerns about my condition !! Great place definitely would recommend !!!!

I'm so disappointed that my primary doctor referred me to this place for my stye. Some of the staff are so unprofessional, the waiting times are ridiculous more than 2 hours for anything. I believe Mr. Akstein is the only eye doctor there. Mr. Akstein could use some more professional bedside manner. No written instructions for aftercare. Talks so fast and just rushed everything after you've been waiting for so long. If you know another doctor please post here
