The owner, Joy, is praised for her excellent customer service and ability to deliver exactly what clients want.
I always have a great experience when I come to this shop. The staff is very nice and always does a great job. No complaints from me. I come in and things get done quickly. It’s mostly appointment only.
Booked to have a versatile sew in yesterday. It wasn't a horrible service but it could have definitely been better. It started with a phone call where I was quoted a special sew in with hair for $50, but i had my own hair and was told to come up and see Michelle. Michelle said she could do it for me. I was never quoted another price until I asked in the end, how much do I owe you. My hair was not cut or curled to blend my natural hair. I paid $100 and didn't blink because Michelle worked hard to get it done. But when I texted back to see if we could blend the hair better I was told it would be $50.
