“It was my first time going to Mill Direct Carpet and my first time meeting Phil. He was a pleasure to deal with. Being a woman, it was not easy to make a final decisions, but he was very patient and understood that it's a woman's prerogative to change her mind. I will definitely go back for any floor needs in the future.”
“As a highly satisfied and returning client of NyStyle / Life Floors, I would like to commend the exceptional service I received once again. Larry was instrumental throughout the entire process—providing detailed flooring quotes, coordinating logistics, and securing an excellent installer to schedule with. He handled everything with professionalism and efficiency, making it remarkably easy to manage the project remotely from out of state for my mom.
The installer, Mickey, was courteous, reliable, and a pleasure to work with. The installation was completed on schedule, and the results look fantastic! I truly appreciate the seamless experience and outstanding service provided by the entire team.”
“Felipe is a pure professional and extremely particular about his work. He did not give up when some issues were encountered with the concrete stain and continued to work through the difficult days until the patio was completed with perfection. We are very satisfied with the end results!!”
