This vendor was assigned by my home warranty company. He simply ghosted me. I've been without a/c for 31 days. It is currently 86 degrees in my house. This man scheduled an installation for 8/29/22 and simply didn't show up or call. Nothing. Highly, highly unprofessional.Services: Repair HVAC
This technician has ghosted me twice for HVAC installation. The first appointment was 8/29/2022. No show, no call. When I contacted him he lied about the components being unavailable. He came on 8/30/2022 to recharge freon to get me through until 9/6/2022. System won't hold a charge. Today is 9/6/2022. Another no show, no call. This is very, very unprofessional. Use this vendor at your own risk. I will be filing complaints with the licensing board and BBB. Did I mention I've been without cooling since 8/5/2022? In TN. In August.
