BEST GYM EVER! Not your glitzy gym but your old school gym. You can yell encouragement at each other, grunt if you need to, and just enjoy your workout. All the members support each other. Very clean and well maintained.

Have studied here on and off for many years. While the gym equipment may be dated, Sensei Yawn has been inducted into the Karate hall of fame. Any student here will learn a mix of Shotokan, Kenpo, and taekwondo. Anyone seriously looking to learn Karate could not ask for a better school
